Therapy is often seen as a tool to get someone, or a couple to a place where they are stable. It is a tool to help manages current and past stressors and trauma along with concerns about the future. Coaching brings someone who is stable in their day to day life to their next level.

Telehealth is a special service that I offer for therapy clients! It allows video calls to replace traditional in person visits. This allows you more time and flexibility to address your personal concerns and goals without infringing on your daily tasks!

Similarly to telehealth, I use special online platforms to facilitate coaching groups and 1:1 sessions. I value accessible support and equal opportunities to access coaching regardless of geographical barriers.
